“The carpet in the hall is blue but so threadbare it is white before each door. The windows you can barely see out of they are so dirty. The wallpaper is falling off the wall with many dings and dents in the walls, lampshades. 5 pillows and one was yellowish. A huge rip in my curtains. rips on the chair at the desk. Hard to believe this place is 170 a night. Very disappointed to stay here.”

“We were in the area to see a concert at the Center for the Arts in Homer, NY and we needed a place to stay. The Yellow Barn looked like fun. We were not disappointed. The Barn is charming, with large common areas, a full kitchen, and a large deck and grassy area at the back. We were only staying for a single night and it was raining, but when we return we will plan on having enough time to enjoy everything. Christian was a wonderful host, never intrusive but available.
