“It was a decent stay, I stayed for a show at Raymond James stadium, and this hotel was a good 15-20 minute drive. Better priced than the hotels closer. the room was standard but good. The AC worked great, the tv was a little confusing finding channels but it actually had more channels than most hotels I stayed at. I wish the shower had more pressure. I didnt talk to staff much other than check in and check out but it was both easy. Really the only drawback is that theres nothing within walking...

“First bed was not clean find metal parts under the sheet from bottle cap and the bottom sheet was dirty. We sleep on top of the second sheet. The floor was sticky not get clean . The mattress and pelles was poor. The wall light in bathroom was not working the TV also was not working but concierge came for restart it. No continental breakfast at all except coffee and plastic bag muffin’s.. for the price we paid we give a 1 on 10. We occupied the room 316. We not complain to staff after the TV....

“Toilet wouldn't flush, maintenance wouldn't fix it, the bathtub had a huge hole in the center covered by a tarp of some sort, booked a king room and was given a double bed room due to "maintenance". Apparently maintenance didn't include working plumbing. Don't stay at this s-hole!”

“I don’t think the floors have been cleaned in a very long time. The sheets were stained and there’s not enough parking. The staff was friendly. The place could use some updates.”

“The room was in very poor condition. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The bedsheets had visible stains, and there was leftover food in the sink. The toilet was also not properly cleaned, which was very unpleasant. Overall, the room did not feel sanitary or ready for guests”

“The property had really great ratings with an emphasis on cleanliness and my experience could not have been further from this. When we walked in I sat on the couch and there was old dried food stains all over it. I let the person at the front desk when he came by my room. He told me he would ask someone from housekeeping to come by which never happened. So we just had old drive food like cheese and stuff on the couch the whole time. The towels also had holes in them. “Great breakfast, the friendliest staff ever and decent/minimal but clean room. Comfy bed and space, my biggest complain would have to be the bathroom. In theory, I like the idea of the sliding barn door being the door for the bathroom and the closet, but because there isn’t any way to lock it, it creates a very big lack of privacy and security. The shampoo and conditioner bottles where not filled enough and we ran out of it + the cleaning crew didn’t come to clean our room even if our stay was...
