“This is a beautiful, charming house with breathtaking views of Lake Seneca. Julie is very organized, clean, and made settling in a breeze for my group. She even provided lots of information about local wineries and other things to do. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio while taking in the views. The house is very close to downtown, and we were able to walk there for dinner. I would definitely recommend staying here!”

“Very nice property. As everything was keyless entry, I never met the owners. Breakfast was at their little shop a few minutes walk from the inn. They provided a voucher for breakfast each day to be presented at the shop. Excellent fresh bagel sandwiches.”

“Our stay at the Fox and the Grapes was excellent! We throughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the main fireplace in the great room/lobby, and fireplace in our East Lake room. This was the perfect home base for our Seneca Lake wine tour! We enjoyed meeting Guinness, the friendly B&B German shorthair pointer, who made us feel welcome as well. We will definitely be coming back! ”
