“My girlfriend and I stayed at Rocky Roost for a Joshua Tree weekend getaway. We were initially drawn to the views and the secluded nature of the property, and we were not let down! Views were incredible - the shadows falling over the mountains across the valley made for an incredible backdrop for dinner each night - and we felt like we were the only people around. It really made for an amazing vacation.The property was as advertised and stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals each...

“Clean and comfortable. Very interesting Asian decor. Be aware, though, that the bathroom has an open shower and cement/pebbly floor. You might want to bring non-slippery water shoes to wear when showering. ”

“The property is spacious, clean, and unique. Property manager is responsive. It is about 5-10 mins from the North entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. Most of the activities we wanted to do were through the West entrance which is about 25-30 minutes away. Either way, we had a great time and we enjoyed staying in this property. Dog friendly too, so we were able to bring our animal friends. Just make sure to clean up after them!”

“Cute little cabin on a lovely property. We stayed to get away from 4th of July fireworks because our dog is scared of them and we didn't hear a single one! It was very peaceful! Clean, organized, and well stocked. Great instructions and information. ”
