“Our bungalow was a suite. It was our first time at this facility. Check in was different, in that there was no "front desk", and instructions for locating and accessing our room were not sent until just before check in time. We were well on the way to the facility (six hour drive) before we even knew which bungalow was ours, or what the access code for the digital lock on the door was.
