“This is an excellent location for the nightly rate. Every hotel inside the beltway was 300+ a night plus parking fees and no continental breakfast. No, not a big buffet lineup of items to eat but good coffee and muffins. The rooms are clean and the maid service great. Negative was no glasses in the room or extra blankets. For the money this room was worth it. We will stay there again!”

“We experienced the MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE that you could possibly imagine at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel. We had a small problem with our room that the Customer Service Staff resolved quickly and more than made up for the slight inconvenience.
