“No amenities, there was human faeces on our towels, broken laps hanging above my head, food was terrible and the chair a gentlemen was calmly sitting on broke mid meeting… pictures of hotel online is AI and doesn’t look anything like that in person. TV which is a smart TV wouldn’t work and no staff to even greet or help out any other guest. Carpets never been cleaned, and no bed sheets on our bed. Bathroom door was also broken. Talk about a real life cat fish.”
