“We had no communication with the owner until we were on our way there. We got an email the day we were to check in giving us the details. The place is basically clean except for a stained tub that could be cleaned. The fan in the bathroom was broken. The kitchen had 1 plate and 1 bowl. The bed is so high off the ground you need a step stool to get in. There is a desk chair and another chair that is old and has no padding. There were 2 irons but no ironing board. “Great access to the ski lifts and the multiple hot tubs and sauna/steam rooms were very enjoyable. Our second floor room had a great view of the ski jumps from our balcony. The room was quite dated and water pressure issues created a very loud and exhausting noise during the entirety of the shower being used. The ceilings were also very thin and we were woken constantly at night and each morning by the 3rd floor residents. ”

“The staff at Zermatt are wonderful and friendly. The unit I rented needs refreshing and had a number of inconvenient issues that could be easily remedied by the host. For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked. The unit looked out on a parking lot and big light and the curtains did not extend below the window sill and the light shined in the room at all hours. The...

“The condo was fabulous! We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. We walked across the street to catch the tram in lot 5 for easy access to Deer Valley. We walked to the Brass Tag at the Lodges at Deer Valley for dinner and drinks a few times. The kitchen had everything we needed and even had a lot of spices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ”
