Case in affitto a Shelby Farms Park

“We were traveling to visit family in the area and thought it best, since we were traveling with a big group, to try this style of stay. First, the initial set of directions sent us to the wrong address. Causing a delay to the property. Then, once we got there, we spent an hour trying to contact the host to get in, to no avail. The blessing is that we booked through Expedia, and they found us a different location that could accommodate our group. The host contacted us the next day, but by then it...

“Our family booked this home for a gathering, but the property was not as described and several key amenities were unusable. The layout is perfect for larger groups. Upon arrival we discovered & reported there was no usable freezer due to the separate standing freezer being completely iced over. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator that does not have a freezer. The host suggested that we start to defrost the freezer ourselves. The next day maintenance moved the freezer outside to defrost...

“Yard unkept, weeds as tall as me. Should say it’s a duplex in the narrative because that was a surprise. Hair in bed and all over bathroom. Booked for 4 nights and left after one night.”

“Highly recommend. Nice cozy home with plenty of activities for the kids. If ever in area again will definitely book”

“Place was perfect for our stay in Memphis. It was centrally located and the host was amazing. No issues at all.”

“Nice house Very nice nice neighborhood”

“The home was just as described! It was very comfortable and felt like home away from home. It was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The hosts were welcoming and made sure my stay went smoothly. The communication was great! I definitely recommend this property if you’re in the Memphis area!”

“The house was great! Took a group to Mempho fest. Had plenty of space for ten of us. Location was also great easy access to stores and the venue. We Plan to stay there again. Also Hampton was a great host. Responded quick with any requests”

“Excellent location. Lots of character ”

“The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. ”

“Great stat!”

“Super cute little home with a wonderful theme! And the beds were SO COMFORTABLE. Probably some of the best sleep we’ve had in a while!”

“The house was exactly what we needed for the weekend. It was great having a fenced in property for our dog.”

“Great location. Kitchen was well equipped. Ample space for our family and friends that travelled down to Memphis to see my daughter perform in a musical!! The beds were super comfy!! The game room was awesome though I wish there was an additional couch up there! We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very easy to communicate with!”

“Cleaning fee on 180 for a one night stay was crazy!”

“It was a great location for seven family members to stay and easily get to the Liberty Bowl to cheer on the Memphis Tigers. Everyone loved the house and its comfortable beds and accommodations.”
