“The condo is exactly as pictured and the owner responded very quickly to any questions I had. There were 4 of us 53 YO - me, my husband and my parents. Cons: The only few picky things I would mention is there is no door on the king bedroom bath vanity section so you cannot be in the bathroom sink area without disturbing anyone sleeping. A pocket door would help this easily. And the balcony chairs are tall stools so if you have someone with you that has problems getting into a tall chair like...

“We enjoyed the beautiful views comfy furniture in den area. Master gets a tad bit warmer than the rest of the condo even with the shades down all day. David was very helpful and responded on all my questions. Even brought a tea jug to make my decaf tea in. ”

“This Condo was really nice. Easy access to beach, pool and tennis courts. Really nice view of turtle pond. You can see many turtles while eating breakfast on the balcony. Sooooo cool !!! The only problems were dog hairs all over the floor, especially on that rug on the living room. It was not vacuumed enough to get rid of all the dog hairs. We did not have dogs at all. We do not own any dogs so we weren’t used to seeing so many dog hairs on that rug and some on sofa. I know this Condo...
