“Nothing fancy, but very clean rooms”

“Pool and hot tub were a plus. But hotel is old with normal wear and tear.”

“The room was small, with the king bed having very little room to get in and out of, on one side. Poor lighting. No coffee pot in the room. It was an okay place to stay for one night.”

“The place is beautiful and has plenty of of areas to hangout. The only problem I had was the shower need more pressure.”

“Everything in the room was clean, we felt safe, the staff was very accommodating. It was close to restaurants, and water park. The pillows and bed were comfortable. They could shampoo the carpet or switch to hard floor to make an improvement, but overall the room was priced right and worked well for my family.”

“Terrible service and the room was not secureable. The ground floor window was not able to be locked and easily accessible from the outside. The staff not only was unhelpful but left me (a woman traveling alone with children) in an unsecurable room and did not help. We ended up leaving and booking a hotel elsewhere. They would not provide a refund.”

“Really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. I was a bit disappointed at the previous BW we stayed just outside of Flagstaff but my faith in BW was restored staying at this one. Maybe the Plus is the difference. Very clean and large room. Pool and whirlpool but we didn't have an opportunity to enjoy them. Great breakfast standard eggs, sausage & bacon, yogurt and fruit juices. Will definitely stay here again on our next road trip.”

“Everything was great at this hotel. The beds were so comfortable, the shower was perfect, with all the little extras, and the towels were so soft and luxurious. Great breakfast with plenty of choices and real eggs. Well lit parking lot with plenty of spaces. I plan to make La Quinta my first choice for lodging in the future.”

“The room was clean, the staff was nice, but there were a couple of hitches. There was no soap in the shower, so I had to use the bar of hand soap. Also, my key cards stopped working on the second night of my stay for some reason, but they helped to reactivate them. Breakfast was pretty decent, bed was good. Overall, pretty nice.”

“For an older hotel, it was clean. However, entering the room it smelled like there had been five day old Chinese takeout in the trashcan, very unpleasant. The entire room had a smell. The bed pillows were small and square like the pillows you would find on a sofa just covered in pillowcases. It was fine for the 10 hours that I was there but I will book something else next time.”

“Only stayed one night. Everything was good, got to check in a little early.”
