“The cabin is extremely well-appointed and immaculate. The only thing we wished we had was more time to enjoy it! All appliances are brand new, with plenty of hot water and the heating system kept up with the 20 degree weather without issue.The scenery is amazing and during our week-long stay we were visited by three deer a couple of times and at least 6 types of birds. “Great, cozy cabin for a couple! The place was clean and well-stocked. We had no issue finding the cabin and enjoyed the bit of privacy that the longer driveway provided. It was a little cool when we arrived but the lovely gas fireplace warmed us up quickly!We had originally planned to stay during a large snowstorm but the owner reached out, generously offering to reschedule for a later date due to the snow emergency. “Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home tucked away in the mountains. We loved the small touches like the s’mores basket, indoor lights and AC on when we walked in, and the comfy bed. However, it would have been great to have lights on the pathway to the front of the home because it was dark when we arrived. “We absolutely loved staying here at this cabin! It was the perfect break from the chaos of the world lately. The owners did state they are building a bigger bunk house on their property so I plan to return with more of my family. We are very thankful for this retreat in the woods. Also, this is a bit random- but I loved the bathhouse. It was beautiful and very clean!”
