Upon arriving the deadbolt which is controlled by a key pad unlocked however, the doorknob was also locked. We called the number listed on VRBO and received tje automatic VRBO line and was extremely unhelpful. “We loved our stay at the cottage! The layout, the two living areas and the well appointed kitchen made our 4 night stay very comfortable... the tea and coffee bar and the towel warmer!! All the beds were super comfortable too. We especially enjoyed the back of the property with the "swing house", axe throwing, and big fire pit!We would definitely love to stay again! ”
