It has a hot tub but unfortunately we did not use it. Our main focus was to hike and also visited the Luray Caverns. We definitely would stay there again.”

I loved having the mountains all around us and being close to other family that we were visiting with.I loved the cottage and yurt feel. Both had hot water for showers and were clean. The cottage was adorable inside with enough of a kitchen to cook for the two of us while we were there. “The house overall was good. The upkeep could have been a lot better. There are a few boards on the floor that are coming up. There is a brick that is loose in the family room. In the hallway bathroom, the rack on the wall is broken(a screw is missing) It did feel like the house(inside and outside) was not professionally cleaned in awhile. We came across a few spider webs and spiders in a few corners of the house. We couldn't really enjoy the outside scenery because there were spider webs...

“Charming cottages (both the Tea House & Ivy Rose) on a lovely property with great location. Mary is a kind and accommodating host! The cottages are unique & rich with character. Access to the Tea House does involve a handful of gracefully landscaped steps down to it’s private outdoor porches. A great spot for coffee in the morning! Will return. ”

“The host responded promptly to queries. The house was clean and all essentials for a family stay was provided over. Only thing I would say would be replace the towels as they are nearly their life and may smell even after a wash.The location of the cabin is also good. Would highly recommend this property.”
