“The shuttle bus driver was good and professional to help me get to the hotel. But when I was checking in, I was told I checked in already! 🤔. They made mistakes to check in someone else to my reservation and called them to come to the front desk at 12:30 Am to change room!! That was terrible!! The room is clean and comfortable big bed. The window curtains can’t cover the windows completely, lights coming in from outside. I like sleeping in a dark room. Hope they can improve those.”

“I rented a room for my tenant because of a plumbing issue I had to fix. My tenant saw a big cockroach and refused to stay. I have stayed here before many years ago with no issues.”

“Staff was helpful for our very late check in and got us to our room. Unfortunately, room had a really bad smell. There was an ionizer in the room that was not plugged in when I asked about it, I was told it should have been removed and given a bottle of Lysol to spray in the room. In fairness I could have switched rooms but due to how late just wanted to get some sleep. The room smelled like someone probably was smoking in it. Maybe the reason for the ionizer.”

“I accidentally booked a handicapped accessible room and ended up with two double beds instead of queens which was unfortunate, but my fault. However, the room was not in good shape, plus the beds would squeak every time you moved. In addition, there was a bright light outside our window, which shined a lot of light into our room, making it more difficult to sleep.”
