“Still the best sleep you will ever find in a hotel.”

“Always quiet and courteous staff. I really appreciate the coffee being ready in the lobby by 6:30 AM without fail. I have stayed here three times and I will continue to frequent this location on my trip to Edmonton. The breakfast is above average and the selection for items is more than acceptable. Could use some fresher options. Fitness centre could use a few more items more dumbbells, maybe a couple of mats All in all a really good stay ”

“Breakfast was good - Rooms were clean. The stay was. quiet. Unfortunately there was a communication error from the booking, and even though we booked our room with a special request for a pet room, that request was overlooked or not seen and we were placed in a non pet room. Long story short - instead of being understanding or accommodating, the hotel charged us an astronomical cleaning fee - even though we left the room spotless. Moral of the story - Make sure if you have a pet, call the hotel...
