“The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, not the basic cleanliness like the floors or beds but more so in much need of a deep clean (ceiling vent in bathroom, walls, light switches, etc). It was so bad in our room that I had to wipe down the light switch and something unknown splattered off the wall. The 10pm quiet hour/curfew doesn’t seem to be enforced since we had rowdy teens on our floor yelling and playing in the halls so sleep was scarce (not so much the fault of the hotel but...

The grassy area to the right of the entrance was covered with trash. We were on the 7th floor. There were terrible stains on the carpet outside the elevator where it appeared that pets had gone to the bathroom and were never cleaned up. “I booked an ocean front room and the view did not disappoint. The check in and staff were amazing throughout my 3 night stay. The beds were clean and comfortable, the wifi worked well and the in room coffee and small kitchen were nice. The hotel room ceiling and bath fixtures are in need of updates.
