“I had reserved a room in the Lodge but without warning was shifted to the Summit Stone Cottage. Not very clean. The bathroom door hit the vanity so it would only open halfway. Had to sneak in sideways. Dumb installation. Not happy.”

“Scelto come tappa intermedia nella discesa tra Niagara e New York, anche per la vicinanza al gigantesco (e conveniente rispetto ai prezzi italiani…) outlet di Woodbory Common. Reception deprimente. Due palazzine a piano singoli e una palazzina a due piani. Tipico da serie telefilm 😅… Colazione pessima … Personale che si dà fare con quel che ha.”

“This motel perfectly corresponds to our needs: easy to be reached by car, large parking, comfortable rooms, good quality hot buffet breakfast included in the reasonable rates. Smart person at the reception. 5 minutes by car from the Hopper House (which is our reason to visit Nyack, NY)”

“I found stains on the pillows, manl long hairs on the sheets and the bedspread was totally wrinkled. Even though ipaid for two night and the manager offered another room, i can't trust this hotel. Never again. ”

“Good hotel. Room was clean and large. The kitchen had a microwave, mini fridge and sink. No utensils or plates provided, just some paper cups for coffee. No dishsoap. Shampoo had a strong mint additive that burned the skin. The breakfast was a bit poor. Just prepackaged muffins or bagels with egg. Not even toast or cereal. Coffee was good.”

“The property looks nice from the outside but once you step into the lobby it’s run down. The furniture is antiquated and the front desk needed a paint job at least. Not staying here again.”
