“Everything about the room was excellent, service at the front desk was great as well as the restaurant in the evening. The breakfast service was poor at best, only one waitress who was constantly apologizing for the slow service as she was alone, we ordered pancakes as they looked appetizing. Poor choice as they were uneatable. The waitress did remove them from our bill but not the point as we were then out of time and still hungry. Did not like the breakfast service.”

“Had a reservation for what was advertised as a one bedroom with king bed. We paid extra for it over a standard room. When we arrived to check in, it turned out that they had no such accommodations with a separate bedroom, only rooms with a king or queen bed. While they offered us the option to change rooms, they did not indicate that the rate would be adjusted or acknowledge that the description of a “one bedroom” was misleading or deceptive. It should be listed as simply a room with a king...
