“We’ve stayed here before, easy access to beach and pool. Road noise a little loud. Since patio is in front. Owner John quick to reply to concerns. My only suggestion is outside areas could use some maintenance.”

“We really enjoyed our week at the Villa! Well stocked! It was so nice to have ample towels and not have to constantly be doing laundry! The kids were so entertained with all the beach toys and we were happy with the beach umbrellas, etc! Villa was very clean and well kept. Will consider this Villa for a future rental. Thank you!”

“We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The listing mentioned washer/dryer and I assumed that was in unit and it wasn’t. The freezer didn’t have an ice maker or ice trays. The upstairs neighbors were heavy footed. I would stay here again as long as I didn’t need to wash anything. I never did find a washer and dryer, but I also didn’t look very hard around the property.”

The others who live and rent in the area are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed visiting nearby areas of Sarasota, Anna Maria Island, Lido Island and Brandenton.”

“If you are looking for a luxury stay on Siesta Key, look no further. This house is incredibly gorgeous, has all you need, and it is calming with the pool in the middle. The pier was great, the outdoor space was awesome, and overall, it was one of the best trips because of this property! The property manager and owners are fabulous as well!!”

“It was close to the beach, had a nice hot tub around back, was clean, and had all the tv channels. I didn’t like how small it was, they didn’t provide any shampoo/conditioner, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. ”

Receptionist disponibile, struttura con piscina e parcheggio, nel mio caso monolocale dotato di aria condizionata e ventilatore a pale, cucina completa e ben attrezzata ,closet, bagno con finestra e articoli da bagno. Molto pulita sia la struttura che la camera. Presenza libreria free e lavanderia. Vicino alla fermata del tram e a ristorantini. Ottimo rapporto dotazioni/prezzo. Vale la pena!”

“Great location at the quieter side of Siesta Key beach. Private beach access with lounger hire. Hire costs were maybe a little bit expensive. Free car parking and laundry facilities availability. Regular free trolley bus transport into downtown Siesta Key available.”
