“This hotel far exceeded our expectations! The rooms were clean and just lovely. The staff was so friendly and kind. I e were able to sit in the lobby and enjoy the view and sip coffee in the afternoon! Breakfast was great!”

“Old room with old furniture falling to pieces, fitted carpet smells like a cigar, 2 crashed cars parked outside, scam breakfast (just coffe, PBJ, and out-of-date bagel). Such a shame, because the hall was nice and the cleaning very good. You can find better place nearby. Not recommended.”

“Breakfast was great the second morning, but we got there at 920 am the first morning and they serving at 930 am. So we were lucky to get what we got. And what we got was really good. Rooms were very clean. We had an issue with noise new years eve, but that is to be expected. The front desk attendant ( I wish I knew her name because she was awesome) gave us a different room that was even better than the first one. ”

“L'hotel è confortevole e gradevole anche architettonicamente, è situato appena fuori dal centro di Rapid City che comunque non offre molto tranne alcuni buoni locali dove mangiare e qualche negozio, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in quattro persone in una stanza sufficientemente ampia e comoda, pulizia della stanza ottima.Colazione e piscina nella norma. Buon punto di appoggio per visitare Mount Rushmore e le altre attrattive della zona...

We had to leave very early this morning to get my son, who was home from the military, to the airport to get back to his base. We were in a hurry, but the doors wouldn't open and nobody was around. We were kind of hollering "hello". Then a very nice man came out and aologized, and explained to us that there were some issues with people in the parking lot who had been drinking, so the doors were locked. Although...

“Great staff clean hotel room however I would recommend y’all getting fridges in the rooms like mini fridges but maybe mine just didn’t have one and you can request a room with one. Otherwise, I thought it was a great stay. The airport shuttle is a huge benefit and it’s very inexpensive. Much cheaper than any cab you could have gotten in the city which runs about 50 bucks I found”
