“Beds were fine. Very much in need of a remodel. Ceiling above the shower was “patched” and coming down. Very old, out of date hotel.”

“Couches in room were dirty. You could see the stains. Bed sets stained. One room was full of mold/mildew on wall and in bathroom. The guy at the desk was helpful but I was over it when I seen mold. So I didn't stay. Waiting on manager to get my refund.”

“For an overnight stay it was good. Close to places I needed to visit. Room did not cool to set temp of 70, and was humid. Chose to start here for a company meeting instead of Estancia Del Norte because their room was uncomfortably warm as well. Same issue here. Staff was pleasant and nice.”

“At the front desk, Steven was very helpful and accommodating regarding my late arrival (due to flight delays). Breakfast was average due to some offerings being stale and hard (pancakes and hash browns). There were no USB charging ports in my room. Bring your own plug-in charger.”

“The room was very clean, beds were soft and comfortable. The only issues we had was the key cards that were given to us did not work after the second time we had to get a 3rd set. The pool was dirty and the a.c in the lobby was not working which was hot, but did not affect our room. Everything else was good.”
