“It was ideal for our trip. It was close to were our activities and dining”

“The floors were very dirty and had grit on them. They had not been swept or mopped. We both about fell in bathtub because of no safety non slip finish on bottom and no handles to get in or out. No ice machine on premises. Lots of people hanging outside after dark making noise. You could see daylight coming in thru door edges.”

“The room and bathroom were not clean upon arrival. Additionally, the breakfast area was poorly maintained and food items were not replenished in a timely manner, leaving limited options for guests. Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet expectations.”

I couldn't figure out how to work the TV. Looked like you had to link to your own service. Pool had some bugs floating around and some kind of lint looking stuff. “There was lots of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower. The shower could have been cleaner. The a/c barely worked at all in the room. We had it set in 64 and it probably didn’t get below 74 in there. The front desk staff were neither friendly or helpful but they weren’t rude. You could just tell they didn’t want to be there and they weren’t going to put forth any effort. In fact when we went to check out and advise of our issues, there was no front desk staff to be found. “If you need somewhere to crash that has air conditioning and a shower then this will do you right. If you’re looking for a usb port to charge your phone, extra outlets, clean floors, and anything special then this is not for you. Staff was nice and overall experience fit the price point. I got exactly what I expected and have no complaints.”

“The lobby looks newish, but everything else is very old. Things are peeling and cracked and missing knobs, attachments, shampoo bottles should’ve been attached to the wall, but it had fallen off and still hit the attachments on them and were in the tub. It was fine, but I’ll be trying somewhere else next time.”
