“Parking was easy. Air conditioner/heat worked ok. Smell in room made need to open windows”

“We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”

“Bed was shot. Bathroom walls were disgusting. Front desk clerk was hard to understand. Lots of empty rooms yet I had an elephant above me stomping around. I won't stay there again. ”

“Very small room and very, very small bathroom. Only soap was at sink, no sink in shower. First day. Also no shower mat first day. Corrected after I mentioned this. I laid a towel on the floor. Free coffee in the morning but no decaf. I inquired about staying until one. At night I was told $10 for extra hour. In the morning I was told $20 for extra hour. I paid the $20. Saturday evening a large crowd in the restaurant so had to park in the way back of the lot. Great location. $15 each day...

“I did not have a great stay. The beds were old and lumpy, the tv was not working and I had to connect it to the internet to watch anything. The staff was good but they definitely need to get new mattresses. ”

“Breakfast was not good. Eggs omelette was old and hard. Coffee was barely warm. Tried hot water for Tea and it was the same. Whole breakfast was disappointing.”

“Front desk coordination with cleaning crew and definitely need better lighting on the property and hotel guests were very loud interrupted my sleeping pattern had to walk to pharmacy to grab noise cancelation headphones ”
