“The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. These didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience. Thanks again for having us! ”

“Our stay was a bit disappointing. We stayed 2 nights for my birthday weekend, there was no housekeeping which i found odd. The room was ok but nothing special. For the price we paid at almost 500 per night, I expected a lot more. I would suggest at this price point daily housekeeping should be standard as well as parking be included and even breakfast. “Finally a high-end hotel on the Gold Coast that doesn't feel like old money. Everything is modern, everything has been considered. The rooms are spacious and functional, and the view are incredible. The restaurants and food are top shelf. My only complaint is that there is no uniform or name tags to identify staff. Particularly when handing you bags and car keys to someone at the valet.
