“Durante il soggiorno ho visto un topo nel corridoio interno antistante la mia camera. Segnalato l’accaduto a più dipendenti, compreso il manager, nessuno ha manifestato sorpresa e preso provvedimenti. Solo scuse di circostanza senza alcuna compensazione. Avendo la camera al piano terra il topo circolava vicino alla zona della colazione. Scarsa la pulizia e non funzionava neanche la piscina. Pessimo! Strano che sia un Hilton…”

“Great front office staff. The front desk staff person, the woman handled a statement from and guest perfectly. Turnd confrontation into a non issue in moments. Good for her. ”

“Arriving at 9:00pm after an intercontinental flight I could not get my booked room. My credit card, perfectly working, was denied by the system. The only support received by the personnel was letting me try and try again. Cash not accepted. I had to change hotel, and the card magically worked.”

“Clean spacious room. Good breakfast with a large variety of choices. We especially enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Latoya at the front desk is always cheerful, friendly and super helpful! ”

“Si presenta bene. Poi emergono alcuni aspetti negativi: finestre sigillate unica fonte ingresso aria il condizionatore...molto rumoroso. Nel bagno solo alcuni prodotti. No bagno schiuma ...no tappetino. Poca insonorizzazione. Non ci tornerei ”

“Everything was fine: comfortable bed, roomy bathroom, stable wi-fi, quiet surroundings. Breakfast is better than average, with scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, yogurt, actual oatmeal (not packets), fruit. The only issue is the sink faucet was not attached to the counter (room 330, if anyone from the hotel is reading this review), which made it annoying to use the sink.”
