“We needed to be able to check in an hour earlier than stated as we had to get changed and travel to a wedding.
The staff were very helpful and allowed us . Result , we didn't have to get changed in the toilets at the venue and made it on time suited and booted 😂 ”

“A return visit to this hotel, this time in a bigger room. Impressed with it the 1st time, hence the return visit and will no doubt be returning again in the future. Easy access to the building and room with codes supplied via email. The room was lovely and clean and the windows were open when we got there, which was a great help as it was a warm day, I would like to see a better cooling fan provided in the room though. All-in-all another great night in Preston at Winckley Square, thank you.”

“A steady clean hotel away from the hustle of the city centre. The staff were super friendly, special mention to Kiran on the check in desk.
The room was tight for space but as it was only a one night stay that was perfectly acceptable. The bed was really comfy. The only thing I would knock it for would be there was a lot of dust around the TV area.
The gym area looked neat and tidy, I didn’t use them as I’d used a gym in the city prior to arrival. The restaurant area had a nice feel to it even...

“We had a great stay overall. Parking was a bit tricky to find initially (go past the pub then turn left) but reception told me where to park. Comfortable room with all amenities provided to cook. Wasn’t absolutely spotless but it was clean enough. Friendly and helpful staff and the phone passes were a faff but it worked out well in the end. Option to get cards so that’s nice. Overall very comfy and would happily stay again, especially if it was cheaper.”

“Very clean and quiet room. Because I had mobility issues and couldn't climb stairs, the host went out of his way to find me a ground floor room. Free tea, coffee, milk and sugar in the room and clean bathroom.”

“Check in was easy. Room felt like it was in the basement and really dark. I had to use a torch to look in the suitcase.
Room was hot and no fan.
Paid for breakfast wished I hadn’t was told new chef all they could offer of egg variety was fried no scrambled or poached. Eggs came out swimming in the fat it was inedible. Don’t think I’d stay again definitely needs some serious tlc”

Minor draw back, bathroom door didnt shut properly and bath plug hole made gurgling noise even though we didnt use it.”
