The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. “The staff person was clearly having a difficult time being kind or caring, at all. Very dismissive. Set a very bad tone for the visit. The room had a loud a/c unit and there were minimal towels. It was just a stay, it wasn’t a stay at a Hampton.”

“Did you ever want to experience what it would be like to stay at a bed in breakfast? Well this is the place to go! So quaint and cute! Located right in the heart of the town of Montgomery. Plenty of things to walk to and see in the area. Brianna the manager was wonderful. Very helpful and informative. The breakfast choices were delicious. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.”

“Great place to stay. I expected a lot less. The room was small but the bathroom was roomy. The check in was easy and the woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The price was a bit high but Saturday in Milford, it’s not herd to understand. The room was very clean and the property is well kept. The owners take pride in their motel. Glad I stayed.”

“The property manager, Jackie, was great. She went beyond expectations to assure us late arrival. We found the room and property a very good value to sleep and shower after a local music festival. It's your old fashion strip motel, with convenient parking right in front of your room. Our room had been recently renovated and provided everything we needed. Would stay there again. Thanks again Jackie!”

“Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“The lady at the front desk was great! The was not that great. It smelled like cat pee and regular pee. The hall had a musty odor. You can tell it is an older hotel. The free breakfast less then what you usually get so we did not really eat there. I know that a lot of places offer the free breakfast and it is free. However, if you advertise it , make it a better quality. It was easy to find but getting in an out of the driveway is a little crazy. I think I am done staying at Quality Inns because...
