Hotel vicino a Smithers Lake - Richmond

“Room was very filthy!! - blankets had brown stains. - room was not cleaned properly ( hand prints in bed back board ) - hairs on bed sheets. - all towels had brown stains. - bathroom had hairs all over. - mirrors had prints. - carpets were very dirty with stains. Hotel is in need of a lot of maintenance. I need to mention that I paid 100 dlls for the room. I guess you get what you paid for.”

“Me & my family stayed here to visit the water park and we had the most horrible experience. We arrived late for check in & was tired so we decided to pickup food & snacks for the kids from the hotel lobby. We placed the items in the refrigerator & woke up the next morning to find food it spoiled and ice cream all melted because the refrigerator wasn’t working. The room was extremely hot , we kept waking up sweating throughout the night.We contacted receptionist told her the situation & she said...

“The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not to my liking, but I was able to buy something to eat from the front desk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good. The room was cool just the way I like it. I thought the hotel was a very good stay for a traveler.”

“Definitely not to upgraded from the drury. The ac was out in building - so hot in the hallways - if the ac wasn’t blowing in the room it got hot. So I was either freezing or sweating. I’m sure this was a one off. The bed was so comfortable but the rest needs some tlc.”

“Esperienza terribile, da italiano sono rimasto disgustato da come è tenuta la struttura e purtroppo ho dovuto passarci una notte siccome sono arrivato tardi e non avevo altre possibilità. È presente dello sporco in generale tra corridoi hall ecc, la vicinanza all autostrada rende le camere molto rumorose e alla richiesta di cambiare stanza dal lato opposto dell hotel ci ha cambiato stanza mantenendo il lato verso l autostrada, la stanza e corridoi avevano un odore sgradevole, la doccia non...
