“The shower was nit clean. Hair and finger prints on the shower wall. Dirty towel over curtain rod and fingerprints on the inside of the bathroom door.”

“The staff was very friendly, however, the rooms were disappointing. The walls must be very thin because we could hear people talking in the next room and they weren’t arguing. Also, the tub made so much noise when you stood in it that it sounded like it was going to fall through the floor. Grout was missing on the bathroom tile floor and were uneven and crackled. It may have just been the room that we stayed in, but it felt unsafe. The breakfast was disappointing as was our stay.”

“Made a reservation by Expedia. When I arrived I asked for a first floor room because I handicapped and have trouble with stairs. The clerk said everyone wants first floor. You have a cheap rate from your reservation so it will be ten dollars extra CASH for first floor. This seems inappropriate to me to charge extra for people who cannot handle stairs. At least if there is a fee for being handicapped, it should be disclosed in the listing on Expedia”

“The rooms were really nice, clean, stylish. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Parking was ample abd they are Pet Friendly. My only complaint was i was on the bottom floor which is what i needed, but im pretty sure the people above me had dogs that were running back and forth all night and i mean all night so i wasnt able to enjoy sleep”

“My TV didn’t work. The front desk person tried over and over again to get the maintenance guy to fix it. He never showed up. As long as I was there he never even responded.”
