Hotel a Solsberry

“The rooms were nice, we stayed in 1116 and we didn't see any staff our whole stay! Pet friendly with an area to take them potty. Didn't see a dumpster for trash but there are trash cans on the walks. Close to college Mall!!! Well definitely be staying again in the future!!”

“Nice location right on the water. Had restaurant over looking the water, food nothing to brag about but ok. Reasons for a 3 rating, the beds were short like camper beds. I'm 5'10" and unless my head was next to the headboard my feet were hanging off the end of the bed. Had little square pillows. Went to shower in the morning and bathroom floor was wet, had water dripping from ceiling. A/C unit was very loud when it kicked in, not normal , they switched us to a new room because of the water leak...

“Room was completely remodeled. Clean room and bathroom. Loved that you could walk out back of the Inn and have a trail to walk on. Took you across the road to a sitting area and just a short walk away was a park for kids. Breakfast was not a hot breakfast, you could have choice of two cereals or you could make oatmeal. Had choice of bagels, bread or English muffins. Had fresh fruit and yogurt also. Has a bar connected to Inn that served food. Did not try the food. Staff was all very nice and...

“Location and cleanliness”

“Provided everything we needed. Simple exercise room with free weights and benches, elliptical and treadmill. Room and bed were both comfortable.”

“Was told that they don’t have a pool and a window was bolted shut in our room”

“Loved the whole experience! The landmark, vintage vibe at the entrance to the updated and cozy suite. Breakfast was lovely and great variety. Will stay here again!”

“Sheets where clean and bed looked perfect and not just slopped together! Lobby, hallway and room smelled clean!! Clerk was friendly and helpful! All amenities worked and nothing alarming for broken. Sadly I managed a hotel so my expectations are higher than most. Some hair on bathroom floor behind door. Fridge shelves had a few crumbs on it. Floor could of been vacuumed better. Overall for some review on other hotels I passed to come here was top notch. Will return when I'm in the area.”

“The room was ok. Upon walking into the room had a strong smoke smell that was masked with fragrance then disappeared. Our shower curtain was covered with mold. I asked the front desk to remove and install a brand new one which they did. There was no shampoo and conditioner in the dispensers which was weird. Alerted front desk who said replacements were on back order and gave out samples.”

“Nice downtown location with a self-parking garage located adjacent to the hotel. Nicely maintained hotel. My room was clean and comfortable.”

“This is an Okay place to stay--the staff is friendly and eager to help. But the place is pretty old, and not soundproof at all. Even though it's a non-smoking place, there are cigarette butts and cans littered on the grass.”

“Check in experience can be better. Was not feeling comfortable and safe during the check in. My daughter was not feeling comfortable to stay in the lobby alone.”

“Second time staying here. Room was immaculate. Bed comfy. Quiet. Love that there is a Keurig coffeemaker in the room, especially since the IMU Starbucks is closed for the summer. Would like more control over room temp, but it wasn’t terrible. Wish the TV service offered more options, but honestly, the campus is so beautiful that I walked around very late and didn’t need the TV for long. Will stay again, I’m sure.”
