Hotel a Solsberry

“Very limited breakfast, almost no staff and no need as well, as the room was well maintained. Big parking and close to many restaurants and also close to motorway. Room size was big with 2 Tv. Its worth the price of room”

“I live in terre haute and my best friend lives in bloomington, so this is perfect for my nights visiting them. It's cheap, clean, quiet, and the staff were very friendly. I plan on using this establishment every time I'm in town!”

“Very good breakfast, excellent staff.”

“Staff was just super. I locked my keys in the car and they got me a locksmith pronto. Buffie was a rock star!! Thank you, Stacy”

“A beautiful hotel and in such a great location!!”

“The hotel is old but acceptable. My biggest disappointment was being given a room overlooking the parking lot, even though the hotel wasn't fully booked. Considering its main attraction is the lakeside location, they could have offered an identical room with a lake view. Cleanliness was also disappointing. There was black dirt in the bathtub, cobwebs around the window frames, and even a spider. There was no phone in the room. Since I was traveling light, I asked for simple disposable slippers...

“The staff at check-in and throughout our stay were great! The neighborhood was transitional with unhoused individuals hanging around the property. Free coffee would have been nice in the lobby instead of waiting in line to purchase from an understaffed cafe”

“Good overall”

“The staff were kind, and the place was clean and managed well, especially for the price bracket I was looking for. However, it is a cheaper option for a reason. The TV was glitchy. There were only two pillows to each queen bed, and though they were soft they were divided between three of us and they flattened so much it was less than comfortable. They knew three people would be in the room but there were only the standard 2 sets of different sized towels waiting. And the staff member I saw...

“easy check in, almost everything is in walking distance. The new restaurant/bar is very nice with live music!”

“Love the tea and cookies at check in plus the free breakfast and staff are all very friendly”

“Great location, recently updated, great price!”
