“Struttura elegante e confortevole, bellissima la location . Il gradimento sarebbe stato più alto se l'accoglienza fosse stata all'altezza. Purtroppo non è stato così perchè alcuni membri del personale della reception erano decisamente scortesi e poco disponibili nei nostri confronti ( nemmeno rispondevano al saluto che comunque per educazione noi abbiamo sempre fatto ...). Ci dispiace perchè per tutto il resto abbiamo apprezzato la struttura. ”

“I arrived at the hotel at 1 pm, having called in advance to ask whether they could expedite the check in because I was staying only for one day. They said they would do their best. I waited at the reception within their full view until around 4 pm. My room was ready only after I went up to the desk twice to ask about it, was given the excuse that they were fully booked while several other guests who arrived two hours after me were being checked in. ”
