“Hotel clerk was so rude . I went there with my girlfriend at 2 AM after we got back from the game. That’s the New York Knicks game. Nowhere on the side says they require two pieces ID one for you and one with the person that you with I was trying to explain to him that we live far away and that I have reserved the room through Expedia. He did not care and he just told us to find another hotel if we have another ID, I have my drivers license for my girlfriend left her in her car. We were forced...

“This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent. The only thing I had an issue with was we had trouble getting hot water for showers. Other than that this place was amazing.”
