However, please be aware that there is no option for food in the hotel, but lots of options as soon as you walk out the door. “The hotel smells clean enough - they definitely use Fabuloso. But we were placed in an oddly cut up basement room, with no real closet (an Ikea closet), no real windows, an oversized ac unit in the window, and bathroom doors that didn’t lock and they were some odd French split doors. The breakfast was… food. The food area is too small a room for the size of the hotel and it’s hard to find a seat and have space to move around. “Albergo trascurato. La notte devi scegliere se dormire o avere freddo perché se accendi l’aria condizionata non dormi per il rumore assurdo delle macchine, in qualsiasi stanza, visto che ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare dopo la prima notte per i rumori esterni assurdi. Pulizia scarsa, ho trovato delle unghia tagliate nel bagno. Mai avuto una esperienza così negativa ”

There was a folded desk but there was litteraly no space to open it so it only served as night table. I could hardly walk in the room. Altro che boutique hotel.. condizioni della camera pessime, assenza totale di scrivania, temperatura della doccia non regolabile, tenda sulla finestra rotta, insetti morti per terra e pavimento appiccitaticcio. “Everything was pretty good with the property. My only issue was with the parking situation. I did wind up getting a ticket because of alternate side of the street parking that I was not aware of. I wish there was some way at check-in that the front desk people would warn you when it’s an alternate side of the street parking zone that is my only complaint I would have paid for parking at the hotel, but there was no spot left available”

“Splendida posizione, tutto molto pulito e moderno, il personale è molto disponibile e gentile, colazione ottima e abbondante, l’accesso alla zona colazione è disciplinato perfettamente considerando il grande numero di ospiti. Peccato non aver saputo prima che l’hotel offre anche un servizio di trasporto verso l’aeroporto a prezzi simili ai principali operatori online, ne avremmo approfittato sicuramente. Sicuramente ci torneremo anche alla prossima visita a NY.”
