The Staff was superb, the facility itself was immaculate and the breakfast offerings were second to none I've enjoyed anywhere else. The staff, from the Manager on Duty down to and including the fella preparing the breakfast offerings, all genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs ! “The entire place smelled like marijuana, cigarette smoke, or fragrance to try and cover up the other smells. They are using the hotel for over flow of section 8 housing so there are homeless people all around the property and in the hotel. There were people doing drugs outside the hotel and no staff member did anything about it. I did not stay and asked for a refund where the staff was very dismissive. I ended up getting a refund from Expedia. I would not recommend this facility and do not...

“Had a wonderful stay here this past weekend. The Food was fantastic at the restaurant located right in the hotel. The only complaint would be the wall are very thin and even talking at normal levels you can hear through the walls. Overall a wonderful experience.”

The location is great for walking into downtown but there is a park right across the street that seemed to attract a not-so-great crowd. Lobby smelled like cigarettes which was a turn off. The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated.
