“The property was easy walking distance to shopping and great food. Located right at the falls. Building is beautiful, clean, well maintained. Valet parking was 35$/ day. Parking a short walking distance away, but in an open parking lot is 5$ per day”

“During checking in the clerk, quoted me a different price that was sent to my phone through email from hotel.com . They were charging me the price that they charge customers booking directly from them. The clerk at check-in was very rude and never smiled, She made me feel very uncomfortable as if it was my fault that i was being over charged. She made me feel uncomfortable while other others were standing around, waiting to check in. I felt so embarrassed because I knew what price I was quoted...
