“The staff was very friendly, the amenities were fine. We used the workout room, which was a bit small, but adequate. The breakfast had good options. The room was very clean, and comfortable, but the downside was that it had a repulsive odor, like faint, wet dog. There is no carpet in the room, so I'm not sure where the odor was coming from. Possibly the heating unit. We did not address it with staff, but probably should have. The elevator was broken, which wasn't an issue for us, but may...

“Room 117 is next to exit door and every time somebody used the door it would slam shut and cause the wall (which the headboard was on) to shake. Bathroom was disgusting, was of hair in tub drain, floor needs cleaned. ”
