“The room was tiny! No drawers, only a very small open wardrobe with 2 coat hangers. Nowhere to put cases. Bed right up against the wall so very awkward. There was a courtesy bus into Noosa but we only found out by talking to a staff member, lack of information off anyone . No lift so we had to carry our cases up flights of stairs. “The staff were lovely and very accommodating however we encountered issues with the restaurant and they’re grossly understaffed because they were unable to cope with 6-9 tables of people and serving meals. We stayed at this accommodation due to proximity to the events center and paid for the shuttle service from this motel and confirmed with the staff we were on the 6.30 shuttle and if we’d have time to eat, so they knew we were on a time limit issued by the same establishment, we had an hour,...

“Location was good for me as I was hiking in the area. Room is basic but comfortable and clean. Shower was warm and good pressure. Walls are very thin between rooms so I was woken a few times by my neighbours playing videos on their phones and snoring. Otherwise, good stay. Service stations and cafes in Aratula.”
