“BEWARE. There are better options. If you're like me, Quality Inn Shenandoah Valley isn't where you want to stay. I like budget hotels and I have realistic expectations. All I want is reasonably clean rooms and reasonably friendly staff. I don't mind outdated furniture with some wear and tear, or if the location isn't ideal, etc. But this place felt like an abandoned prison. “Postcard Cabins was a mostly pleasant place to stay. Beautiful secluded surroundings and a comfortable, clean space to relax. We really appreciated the large picture window next to the bed and the bed itself was very comfortable. The spaces in the park were separated by a good distance and it felt very private. The experience was closer to camping than hotel and that brings both good and bad aspects. I would have expected a bit more, however, for the price. I normally stay in home rentals...

“This property is nestled by the river, which is such a lovely spot. Donna is such a wonderful innkeeper; she made us feel right at home. The breakfast was both healthy and delicious, and it was made with love. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re searching for a lovely BnB near Shenandoah National Park, this is like home without the chores. If I could give it 6 stars, I would!”
