“The property had all and more, of the amenities listed in the advert. The location of the property was ideal as it was situated very close to the Glasgow subway. The host, Kevin, was excellent in communciation and we had a pleasant stay in Glasgow. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Glasgow!”

“Good value hotel and around a 20 minute walk to The Hydro. Dated room, but we appreciated how spacious it was and the bed was comfy. Reasonable soundproofing throughout. Good breakfast, although I didn’t feel that well catered for as a tea drinker. Pool looked nice”

“There won't be enough spaces for me to type how I feel. I had ZERO communication from the owner until we left. I had to sit in the cold for an hour trying to reach VRBO to gain access to the space. They wouldn't respond to VRBO either. AFTER I had to leave the keys in the space rather than the lockbox (because they never communicated to me) they then messaged me 3 times questioning why I did that. I told them they had never reached out to me once and their comment was it was a "bank...

“My room was very clean, and the bed was one of the comfiest I've slept on in a long time as well as being a quiet room too, perfect. Gary on reception was a delight, helpful and cheery, and Alisdair at breakfast was also helpful and cheery. I was a bit disappointed with the bar though. I asked for a cocktail list, but was told they didn't do them at that time, so I ordered a spirit and a mixer, there wasn't quite a full measure and there wasn't another bottle, but it was the price that shocked...

“Did not stay. Host was not responsive. I checked in late on a Saturday night. Heat wouldn’t come on. Host was not responsive. VRBO was unable to get assistance. I left a message on a voice mail. Again no response that night. Instructions provided were not explicit enough. Also, numerous lamps and the TV were not plugged in.
