“We stayed during the week and it was so quiet and private yet in the middle of an area that has tons to do. Close to beaches to walk the shore, restaurants, etc. We had great food on the property and enjoy the pool and grounds. Will return! ”

Very clean outside annd overall of the room, lovely gas fire pit outside for end of night enjoyment. Front end staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.”

“Came to attend and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from URI. Great location, the two level house was the perfect set up. The yard was ideal for our graduation party. Every other night we gathered around the fire pit. A truly memorable week with family. Tyler was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions right away in she planning process. “The house is as nice in person as the pictures indicate. The kitchen stocked so you can cook and eat in.Everything was very clean, easy to find. Comfortable sufficient furniture as well.The owners were easy to deal with and very responsive to questions we had before and after we arrived at the house.”

“Great location, amenities on property, deck, etc….. the one negative was the C+ at best on how clean it was. I know that’s the cleaning crew. They certainly need to do better for what you’re paying and charging. A pretty steady amount of women’s long hair all around. I’d look to change cleaning companies. When 5 dudes notice it’s not real clean upon check in, that’s clearly a C at best.”

Inside is very clean and comfortable, perfect for 5 adults. We would absolutely stay here again. Property managers were super nice and quick to respond to any question. ”
