Heavenly Adventure - Mountain Home di lusso, biliardo, vasca idromassaggio

Nel momento in cui varcherete le porte saprete di aver scelto la casa giusta. Splendidamente decorato con tutti i comfort che una famiglia potrebbe desiderare: 2500 piedi quadrati da godersi, soleggiato piano terra con grande sala, grande cucina gourmet con un sacco di spazio in granito, ampio soggiorno con parete di roccia e camino a gas e camera familiare aperta con piscina tavolo e accesso al ponte posteriore e vasca idromassaggio.

Questa casa ha un comodo spazio per dormire e pranzare per un massimo di 10 persone se 2 o più hanno meno di 5 anni o 8 se tutte le persone hanno più di 5 anni. Questo vale 24/7. La casa include anche un Pak 'n Play per il piccolo.

La cucina da buongustaio è il sogno di uno chef, completamente rifornito di attrezzature da cucina di qualità, e farai sempre parte della conversazione con la cucina aperta all'area della riunione di famiglia. Il grande tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 10, oltre a 5 posti a sedere aggiuntivi al bar. Il soggiorno ha molto spazio per radunarsi attorno al camino e una grande TV a schermo piatto, con divano, divanetto e sedie imbottite. Anche un biliardino per una piccola competizione.

La camera familiare presenta un tavolo da biliardo e un divano-letto. I bambini adoreranno il mini-flipper. Non potresti chiedere più intrattenimento. Esci dalla porta scorrevole sul ponte, sul barbecue, sulla grande vasca idromassaggio e sul bellissimo cortile simile a un parco con invitanti posti a sedere per mangiare o rilassarsi. Anche il tavolo di conversazione si trasforma in una buca per il fuoco! La buca per il fuoco è disponibile solo tra l'ultimo fine settimana di maggio e il 31 ottobre e richiede l'ordinazione di un pieno serbatoio di propano prima del vostro arrivo (a pagamento).

Tutte le camere sono al piano superiore e offrono una piacevole fuga dall'attività al piano inferiore. Ogni camera ha il proprio televisore HD a schermo piatto e con cavo e Netflix. La master suite dispone di un letto king size e un bagno privato con due lavandini e la tua vasca da bagno e cabina doccia.

La stanza "Pesca" è decorata per il pescatore del gruppo, ma non prendere in prestito l'asta sul muro! Questa camera dispone di un letto queen-size e condivide il bagno appena ristrutturato nel corridoio. La "Camera a castello" è ideale per i bambini con un letto a castello singolo / singolo e un letto queen-size.

Un bagno nuovo e immacolato con due lavandini e una lussuosa cabina doccia è in cima alle scale condivise dalle due camere da letto. Il bagno 1/2 completo con lavatrice e asciugatrice è al piano di sotto.

Ci sono due biciclette con caschi e giochi da neve assortiti per gli ospiti. Il cortile è completamente recintato in modo che il tuo cane possa apprezzare l'aria della montagna Tahoe!

La casa è circondata da alberi in un quartiere bello e tranquillo. Sei a soli duecento metri da miglia di sentieri per escursioni a piedi, in bicicletta o con le racchette da neve. Lo sci si trova a 4 m dall'Heavenly Resort e 12 km dalla Sierra di Tahoe. Noleggia un SUP o un kayak a Lakeview Commons, una bellissima spiaggia a soli 3 km dalla collina. Per quanto riguarda la vita notturna, i casinò di Stateline sono tutti a soli 4 km di distanza. Tenta la fortuna ai tavoli da gioco o alle slot o prendi un grande atto musicale. South Lake Tahoe è una grande attrazione per alcuni dei più grandi nomi dell'intrattenimento.

Very nice place. We had a nice time. The fenced in yard was nice for our dog and toddler. Internet was very slow and main TV was hard to work. Rooms and bathrooms were gorgeous and comfy.

This is a great home in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet with trails nearby and in close proximity to South Lake Tahoe. I would highly recommend this spot!

This is a beautiful property in a nice neighborhood and is a short ride to groceries, restaurants, and things to do. The home provides everything you need for a nice family vacation Easy check in with lots of information about the house and things to do. Highly recommended

The property itself was as advertised, beautiful, clean excellent location with regards to proximity to casinos restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We chose the location due to the availability of casinos to celebrate Super Bowl since Las Vegas was out of the question this year. A couple of small minor issues with the property however, when I reached out to the property manager response was quick and courteous and professional .Would recommend this property to other travelers, and would be willing to stay here again.

This home was beautiful and exceptionally clean. All of the furniture was very comfortable and inviting. The pool table and foos ball table added extra entertainment and fun. The neighborhood and location are great and a close drive to the lake and restaurants etc. We look forward to coming back to stay in the future.

The house was absolutely beautiful and as described. The snow was spectacular.Great spring ski-get away. Will definitely come back. Could have saved $285 by renting thu RnR Vacation Rentals. Educate yourself before renting VRBO.

This VRBO is something quite special. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood just 5-10 minutes from Heavenly resort's CA side parking, and only a little bit more, maybe 15 minutes or so to the NV side parking. Really easy to get to things like Whole Foods, restaurants, shopping, Raley's, etc. It's so nice to come back to your own place after a day of riding/skiing. The hot tub was great, the pool table was perfect, and there was even foosball! The cleanliness of the whole place was something that immediately stood out to my wife and I. We really appreciated it being so clean and orderly when we arrived. Altogether a great stay at a great price. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family alike.

Our stay was the end of August so we appreciated the air conditioning, as well as the pool table and foosball, and the grill and cornhole games (and management provided missing cornhole bags within a 1/2 hour of our calling them, so that was great!). The home was beautiful and thoughtfully appointed. The kitchen was stocked with any type of equipment we needed, and a grocery store was close by (we went to Safeway). We did not use the hot tub, and were not permitted (understandably, due to the dry conditions) to use the fire pit, but surely would have enjoyed both! Also wonderful were the checking out requirements, which were easy and very manageable. The location was close to town - we would love to stay here again if back in the area, and highly recommend this gorgeous house!

Overall stay was good but I do not recommend bringing your dogs. Although it states pet friendly there are strict rules to not enter any bedroom or be on any furniture and you have to lint roll. There are even signs on every door to not have them enter. It stressed me out. Dishes needed better washed as well. Many of them had food dried on them.

My family stayed here for a week with our friends. 4 adults, 3 young kids, 1 infant & 2 dogs. We felt the home was really clean, spacious and well equipped. Loved the fenced in backyard for the dogs and kids. Hot tub, pool table, foosball table were great and provided entertainment on our lazy days. Awesome location with nearby hiking trails and quiet neighborhood. We recommend this place.

Stayed at this property this past weekend for my fiancé’s birthday. We had a small group of family and friends, as well as our German Shepard. The house was perfect!! Clean, comfy and spacious; plenty of space for us all. Will definitely look to rent this property in the future when we are out here.

The home and property are well built, maintained and attractive. The home is nicely appointed, offering luxury and comfort close to Tahoe activities. Well stocked kitchen in which we felt right at home. Hot tub was great, although a couple of the jets need some repair. Fireplace provided a cozy warm place to watch movies and tv, and the game rooms gave us plenty of fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would repeat this trip another time. Thank you.

House was wonderful. Lots of room for our 1yo granddaughter to explore and play. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, loved the foosball table and hot tub. Due to the fire risk, could not use the bbq or fire pit but that was not a big deal. Couple of things that weren’t so great. The deck was never swept before our arrival and was covered with pine needles. The property has lots of pine trees so the deck and backyard were covered with them but the cleaning crew could have cleaned off the deck. Went to do a couple loads of laundry and there were no laundry pods. Again, not a big deal but did call ahead of time to see if they were provided and was assured everything would be stocked. They did credit our account $25 to compensate. Finally, the shower in the master bathroom did not work so all 6 people in our party had to use the guest room shower. Regardless, we would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a good time at this place, but there were some shortcomings. Bed sheets are cheap (polyester) which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on in the summer. AC doesn't seem to work through the night. Didn't sleep well. There is no 240V outlet in the garage, so you can't get Level2 charging for your EV. They incorrectly told us that there was before arrival, so I was quite disappointed. The gas stove has issues. The knobs get stuck and behave erratic. Cable TV was a challenge to set up.

Nice home! Thankfully it had air conditioning! It was a unusual hot week in Tahoe 93. We had air, thank heavens! My parents rented another home. No air! They were very sorry. Would stay again, If I return to Tahoe!

The house was very well maintained, as was the yard. The house was well stocked with everything you'd expect, plus many little thoughtful extras which were great to have available. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, but only a few minutes from town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our extended family of 8 had a weekend getaway and were so impressed! We walked in and were greeted with soothing music and a fresh clean smell, even a little basket of amenities for our dog! The home is beautifully decorated with superior quality furniture. The kitchen was well stocked (again with superior quality fare) and everything we could ask for from the usual toaster, coffee pot, to electric griddle for pancakes, a blender for drinks! There is a closet with games and toys, a baby booster seat etc. We used the pool table and fireplace a LOT! The hot tub and foozeball a little and really enjoyed lounging in the backyard around the fire pit under the pine trees. We used the washer dryer, and really appreciated having a walk in closet! The staff was pleasant and responsive to our request for some extra outdoor chairs and readily available on the phone when we had questions about the baby gate. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful and the homes nicely spaced. Heavenly village was relatively close by with its outdoor ice rink, live music, shops and delicious eateries. I highly recommend this management company and this home for a lovely mountain getaway.
