Questa è la nostra fuga di famiglia. Vicino a tutto, ma immerso tra gli alberi in un quartiere tranquillo.
Questo tranquillo chalet è circondato dalla foresta. 10 minuti da Heavenly, spiagge e casinò. 15 minuti da Sierra a Tahoe. Passeggiata per sentieri, sci di fondo, motoslitta e accesso mountain bike proprio alla fine della strada a traffico limitato. Situato su un terreno di mezzo acro e circondato da 3 lotti di conservazione per la privacy. Un ampio cortile recintato e un enorme cortile alberato su un dolce pendio ideale per giocare sulla neve o semplicemente per godersi l'aria aperta. Questa casa in stile chalet ha un grande mazzo intorno per sedersi e godersi un caffè. Recentemente rinnovato e dipinto dentro e fuori con tutti i nuovi mobili e materassi. Pulito professionalmente dopo ogni soggiorno per rimanere immacolato.
Il maestro al piano di sotto ha un letto king size molto comodo e il proprio bagno. Al piano superiore c'è un altro bagno e altre due camere da letto. Il primo ha un letto matrimoniale e allestito con uno spazio ufficio e una stampante.
L'ultima camera ha due letti a castello. Questi sono un gemello su un pieno e un gemello su un letto singolo. Nell'armadio c'è un materasso gonfiabile queen size aggiuntivo e una pompa di aria elettrica per ogni evenienza.
Una cucina completa è disponibile per cucinare deliziosi pasti gourmet o fare caldo di cacao. Forniture disponibili per fare il caffè.
Il tavolo da pranzo è un'opera d'arte fatta a mano. Fatto da due lastre di acero d'argento abbinate a un libro che sono state tagliate da un albero danneggiato dalla tempesta. La panca è formata da un'unica tavola di noce nera con un tavolino coordinato.
Internet wireless ad alta velocità, TV via cavo, Netflix e persino Amazon Alexa sono disponibili per il vostro uso. La casa è bella e accogliente con il calore centrale, un camino a gas e radiatori aggiuntivi radianti in due camere da letto se ti piace tostare in più. Sono sicuro che ti piacerà rimanere qui tanto quanto noi!

Great place for our short stay in South Lake Tahoe, huge outdoor area and just a short drive from hikes, food and a playground.Some thoughtful touches we appreciated:- having a pack & play, high chair, airbed, and even a gate that blocked the stairs (kid friendly)- temp stayed warm despite cold nights- lots of kitchen tools & supplies, utensils, etc for use- enough parking for our 3 cars, plus the charging stationSome considerations:- to get ventilation for any kind of cooking or baking, we had to open the windows and turn on the ceiling fan- there's no shade or curtain for the sliding living room doors, which face other homes so you may feel a bit exposed - conditioner dispenser in upstairs bathroom was stuck - bunk bed - top bunk was super close to bottom so one could bump their head easily if they're not careful (including my 4yo)- bathrooms & bedroom doors upstairs were a bit creaky, for those who may be afraid of waking lightsleepers (like our kids) Overall we would consider coming back. Thanks for the hospitality!

Wonderful property!

Zach's house was awesome! Nice open floor plan upstairs. All of the comforts of home-streaming on TVs, Alexa for music, plenty of kitchen accessories, gas grill on the porch, comfortable beds, spacious fenced-in yard & access to trails & open spaces. Zach accommodated an early check-in & was very communicative. We would definitely rent from Zach again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable sanctuary in South Lake Tahoe.

Great Little House

The house appears a bit small at first but it’s layout creates a very open space that doesn’t feel small. The side yard is great and there is trail access at the end of road (about a 5 minute walk).

Comfy Cabin in South Lake Tahoe

Cabin is in wonderful neighborhood and is extra special as it is a double lot size. Plenty of room for a picnic. Lots of tall pine trees. Number of hiking trails at end of the street in National Forest. The cabin itself is very nicely furnished and maintained. It’s a 5 out of 5 experience!

Perfect in every way!!

From the very beginning, our experience was absolutely perfect! Zach was quick to respond to all of my questions and the house exceeded our expectations. You could tell that a lot of thought went into making the house feel like a home… so much so that we didn’t want to ever leave! Spring break getaway

Perfect location to go on hikes snowboarding and visit heavenly village. The property has a Perfect area for snowplay. My kids had a blast just playing in the backyard sledding and snowball fighting. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything to cook home meals make cakes and bbq outside.

Cozy Tahoe Getaway for Two and a Pup

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary in Tahoe, and we wanted to bring our dog with us to experience the snow. This was our first VRBO stay, and we were extremely happy with it! The host was very responsive and provided so much information about the home before our trip. The house was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect, with easy access to everything…restaurants, grocery stores, casinos, skiing, the gorgeous lake. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Since our pup enjoyed the snow and traveling with us so much, we’d definitely stay at this home again in the future, it was a very positive experience!

Beautiful

a beautiful and very spacious place equipped for our needs, my children were comfortable in their beds, there are 2 bathrooms very suitable for our group, the area very quiet and relaxing, many pine trees we really enjoyed this house I recommend it you will have a wonderful adventure. Everything is central to go skating, the lake and food stores. Excellent place!!

Awesome stay

The house is great. It does get a little warm upstairs due to the fireplace pilot but if you toss one of the provided fans in the door you get great cross breeze. It seems like the fence in front had fallen at some point but our dog was to scared to jump off the raised area which surrounds the yard so we were fine. The kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a full bath were situated upstairs with an amazing view of forest and blue sky's. The balcony is also located on the top level and was a great way to start and end your day. The downstairs is a large bedroom and full bathroom, it was cool and quiet except for when the kids decided to get up early LOL. We spoke with Cherie who I think was the property manager due to an issue with the door lock battery but not a big deal as she was able to give us the garage door code so we just entered and exited through there. Which with the kids and the dog was super easy. She also told us about a trail at the end of the court. DO NOT SKIP THE TRAIL!!!!!!!! it was so worth it we just kept left and met a guy about 1/2 mile in that said go right at the green gate then stay left across the path and you will find a creek. It was like a private oasis nobody around no trash super peaceful and the kids and pup loved it. The house sits next to an open lot for firewood cutting and a house on the other side the back had ample amount of forest and wilderness for the kids. We enjoyed so much about this property and stay and would rent again next time.

Honestly the best place we have ever stayed at Cottage was more than one could expect Marisol and Matt where great host more importantly Roo was the best Anything you would need was supplied in unit Beautiful surroundings Plan on coming back to area soon Even though Matt is a plumber good guy just the same

Amazing Experience

I booked the house for a family vacation for myself, my wife, my children, and my grandchildren. We wanted a family snow vacation for us and our dogs. The experience far exceeded expectations. There was a sledding trail right outside our door that previous occupants had carved into the hillside that we used throughout the trip. Everyone spent hours playing on that trail. It was so awesome that we didn't even use the expensive, crowded hills that are in the area. The house even came with numerous sliding equipment.

Nice and peaceful

The home was very clean and nice and quaint and dog friendly. We went during the snow and the back yard was convenient for sledding also a short distance to town .. Zach was very responsive anything we needed. We had an overall great time !

Great experience very clean house my family loved the snow the fire place the style of the house the neighbors are very friendly the house was equipped with everything you needed and more they had extra snow boards and BBQ place me and my family had a blast 0 they didn't want to come home it was a great experience if we had to go back we would get the cabin again with no hesitation.

Everything about this property was perfect. The listing is just as described. The host was easily reachable and accomodating. We would definitely book this location again. I may never book a hotel again!! We loved the fully stocked kitchen. Enough place settings for our bunch and plenty of cookware, utensils etc. Beds and linens were comfortable. Beautiful and clean with special touches!

My family and I loved this cabin! It was close to restaurants and casinos. The beds were so comfy - even the bunk beds - and the sheets were super soft. We had everything we needed for a great long weekend.

Relaxing in Tahoe!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! I was there with four young adults (18-22) and everyone had enough space to relax in the large living room and the outdoor deck. Our two dogs also liked the large side yard. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by trees, which is exactly what we were looking for. There are TONS of trails nearby for walking and mountain biking; we rarely ran into others on the trails! Would definitely stay here again!!
