“la struttura è molto bella, grande ed è ricca di servizi. ci sono diversi negozi e ristoranti per il cibo di vari generi ed è dotata di treno express per i collegamenti diretti con l'Excalibur ed il Luxor, che si può raggiungere anche comodamente tramite tunnel con i negozi, scale mobili e tappeti. bello e funzionale il complesso di piscine, ma l'acqua è freddissima ed il bagno si può fare solo nei mesi estivi, quando il sole è forte e riesce a riscaldare un poco l'acqua. esiste solo una vasca...

“Parking was a breeze, the staff was absolutely wonderful! From checking us in early, to the pool staff, shuttle service, room service, and check out, the entire staff was constantly impressing us with their kindness and generosity. “The duvet had blood on it and instead of a bed skirt they used a ragged white fitted sheet (classless). There were trays along the hallways with leftover food and trash not removed for at least 8 hours. Hallways were not air conditioned so you nearly passed out walking forever from the garage to your room. No hot water in the bathroom sink; to get hot water in the shower and sink, you had to turn on the tub and let it run constantly. Room coffee was horrible and there was trash behind the coffee...
