Hotel a South Rosemary

“I do have a dog but the room had a terrible dog smell when I walked in. I did go to the office and asked for a spray. She was very nice but could only find a very small amount in a spray bottle. She did not offer to change my room. I really think the floor in my room was absolutely disgusting. It made my white socks actually dirty to walk on it. The also wouldn’t allow me to eat breakfast because I wasn’t allowed to bring my dog in, but I also wasn’t to leave the dog unattended in my room....

“The front desk staff was kind, professional and welcoming. The room was clean and had all the necessary guest amenities. The mattress was a bit too hard.”

“Thanks to the hard-working staff who did their best representing a dilapidated property. This objectively fact based review does not reflect the single person staff working upon arrival/departure. One of our two rooms was ridiculously filthy with bedding strewn about the room upon arrival; palmetto bugs and roaches were all over the place in both our rooms and the substitute room offered (because of the uncleaned room) had an observably intoxicated individual lying in the hallway near the door....

“The property was nice, and it was comfortable. Good value for the money. I liked the fact that I didn't have to give an incidentals hold. I travel quite a bit, and those incidentals hold can really add up. I didn't give five stars because there was nothing exceptional about the hotel to warrant it.”
