“Location is terrible specially the rooms with the window facing the trolly station its super loud makes it super hard to get a good night reast when the trolly blowing its whistle every hour”

“It was okay stayed for one night , the rooms weren’t super clean. As soon as I walked in seen a big wad of hair on the floor, towels and bedsheets had stains on them asked for new ones those were okay. Breakfast was okay. Set up was little weird people kept bumping in to each other because the line started right in the middle. Food was alright for free breakfast.”

“No te limpian la habitación según si no avisas 24 horas antes, pero al llegar no te dicen que tienes que avisar, nunca hay carrito para mover las maletas”

“This hotel is very clean, modern, and family-friendly. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was beautiful with amazing mountain views. Our family especially enjoyed the superhero character activity at the hotel. The water park was fantastic we loved the lazy river, the slides, and watching movies at the wave pool. It was the perfect way to enjoy the last days of summer! We had such a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommend this hotel for a fun family...

“Breakfast was the average regular stuff. Front desk staff was amazing. Great location. The floors must be made of the wrong surface because they were dirty a lot, the room floors made my feet black, there was slurpy or something in the elevator ( only one was working) and in the lobby. Pool area was nice. Since its also a homewood they had washers!”

“Struttura che non si puo chiamare hotel....sa piu di motel. Camere sul patio in balia di tipi poco raccomandabili che bussano alla porta. Ragnatele per le scale. Senza riassetto della camera ne cambio asciugamani. Passabile la colazione inclusa. Personale alla reception disponibile e gentile! Tranvia comoda.”
