“I was pleasantly surprised about how upscale and beautiful the hotel was. The room was great with all the amenities and decor especially for the price I got.However there were some issues and my ratings shouldnt have been so high. Someone nextdoor spent hours singing and talking on a phone in the bathroom and I could here it LOUD and clear, but on the bright side at 4am staff was there quickly to address. I could have used a map or directory showing where the fitness room, ice dispensers,...
