“Newpark is great. Just had an ant problem in the rooms. They moved us quickly to a new room but found some ants in there as well. Love the resort in total and the hot tub that comes with the room was an awesome bonus. Could be a little cleaner..”

“Homestead is on the midst of construction. While I’m sure it will be beautiful when completed for this year it is noisy and dusty. However, the staff is wonderful and the rooms lovely.”

“We arrived late while on a road trip. We stayed only one night and left the next morning, so our experience was very brief and limited. But no complaints at all. Everything was great. Thank you!”

“A great deal for a basic room - clean, as expected mostly. Only issue we had was very poor drainage in the bathroom (room #110). Water pooled across the whole tile floor immediately, and it was VERY slippery. Shower needs a retaining wall or much better spray curtain.”

“Beautiful resort. I love a nice sinking tub. Esthetically it looks beautiful but with the glass it's hard to turn the water on. Plus it's really deep getting in. I wish there was a hand rail on the side. Plus there's no alcove to lay your head back to relax. It's literally like an inch of room. But for the affordability you can't beat it. I would definitely go back.”

“The rooms are old. The sink in the bathroom started leaking and you get a little shock if you touch the meta screw when switching on the bathroom light. The vending machine doesn't work and the hotel doesn't reimburse you. The personnel is nice and efficient ”

“Great location close to everything in park city. Staff were really great. The indoor pool was very good and well maintained. The rooms were newer and clean. Dog friendly. Breakfast was better than at 95 percent of non luxury hotels I’ve stayed at. Very fresh, high quality items not the typical continental breakfast junk. The only thing that annoyed me was when we booked online we paid for the breakfast included option but at this hotel if you have four guests like we did only two of the...
