“Our room was not cleaned. When requested later in the day at 1pm, it was still not cleaned. A further request was made at 5.30pm and the bed was made but the rest of the room was not cleaned. No towels, bins full. After requesting a 4th time we were told that housekeeping finishes at 2.30pm.”
