“The house was in good shape with everything working. It was clean. The host supplied a very nice coffee station with pods and creamers, but there is also a conventional basket brewer if one prefers.. It's in a good location just south of Gandy Blvd. The "mini-pool" is very tiny - more like a large hot tub without heat. Host was communicative and responsive. The checkout procedure was minimal, without any unreasonable requests. I would recommend.”

“Joel was very attentive and responsive and he and the home were prepared for our arrival in a very welcoming way. Quiet street, lovely Bayshore area; plenty of parking and convenient location. IMHO, the pictures do not do justice to the excellent renovation work and thoughtfulness that obviously went into this property. Everyone in our relatively large group of 7 adults absolutely loved and throughly appreciated the comfy beds and couches, the spacious layout, the kitchen, the outdoor living...
