“Wonderful place. Spotless. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Location was perfect! Day parking in that area can be 50$ for the day and with this place being so reasonably priced, it felt like a steal. Communication was easy. Will stay here again!”

“-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch.”

“My 85 year old grandmother was released from the hospital and it was very comfortable and convenient for her and our family everywhere was far as groceries and amenities was 5 mins away ”

“The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. After a week neither Derrick or Jerry contacted me about the lack of service or their competency with hotel mngmt. Call your tenant or...

“Overall, the property was nice. There was a lot of thought put into conveniences for the guests, such as plentiful towels, common kitchen gadgets, and smaller fridges in a couple of the rooms.
